Last Day of the Spring Fair 2018

It’s been a busy 5 days, the whole team has worked hard, starting with our 2  man team delivering into the NEC Birmingham last Friday, comfortably managing to locate, unload and assemble the stand in Hall 20 and then exit within the 1 hour allocated delivery slot.

Managing Director, Matt Smith then took over on Saturday with Domestic Projects Manager, Toby Smith, they fine tuned the stand presentation, met with our exhibiting customers, unpacked the merchandise – this year people are keen on the trolley/locker tokens, new pound coin shape. On Sunday the sales team moved in with a golf putting green (left and right handed putters) and 5 bottles of prosecco to be won. Hot on the heels of sales, our Air Freight Manager, Katie Town and Sea Freight Manager, David Stansfield spent Monday and Tuesday discussing import and export logistics, prices and our hassle free door to door freight forwarding service.

The final 2 days fall to the operations and marketing team, Barry Broughton our Operations Director following up the last leads with Sales Executive Jordan Ingram and overseeing the breaking down and packing up of the stand. It’s been a successful event, meeting customers old and new, partnering with some great SME’s and seeing some fantastic products, innovators and businesses all under one roof. Thank you NEC Birmingham, we may be back in the Autumn for glee.
