TPS Global fulfilment services explained

Customers order your products. We take care of the picking, packing and posting.

Keeping you up to date: TPS dashboard allows you to track your inbound goods, monitor stock levels and sales in real-time

TPS-Fulfilment
1. Goods in

Products are received and quality checked according to guidelines. Counts are verified and confirmed to TPS customer.

2. Warehousing

Products stored in a safe and secure warehouse and inventory is managed through an intelligent Warehouse Management System (WMS).

3. Picking and Packing

WMS receives orders and instructs warehouse staff to collect items from storage locations. These are then packed securely ready for shipping.

If a customer is unsatisfied with their product, we will process the return by doing a thorough check of the product and report back so the return or exchange process can be completed.

Shipping labels are printed and placed on packages and sent with preferred carriers. Tracking information is then shared to the customer.
