£220 (+ VAT) per calendar month, minimum rental period is 1 month.

Standard 20ft x 8ft x 8.6ft gives 150sq ft of storage space (2.4m x 2.7m x 6m = approx. 34 cubic metres)

Yes, we have a minimum rental period of 1 month.

Our Aylesford site provides 24/7 access using key fob gate entry.

The container locks come with heavy steel covers making them virtually impossible to break in to. When you sign a rental agreement, you will receive a padlock, key, and key fob.

The key fob grants you access to the container area. Storage containers are recognised by insurance companies as a highly secure method of storage.

CCTV monitoring enhances security in the container area.  

We do not provide insurance cover for stored items, so it is your responsibility to arrange insurance for your belongings. While our facility is highly secure, we cannot guarantee the safety of your stored items against unforeseen events such as theft, fire, or natural disasters.

We highly recommend that you obtain insurance for your stored items before placing them in our storage facility. If you have any questions about insurance, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you find the best solution for your needs.

We’re sorry, but our containers are not temperature-controlled and not supplied with electricity. Our units are designed to provide a secure and convenient storage solution for a wide range of items, but we do not recommend that you store items that require temperature control in our containers.

• Food or Perishable Goods: Only ambient shelf stable goods, if they are securely packed to protect them from vermin.
• Living Creatures: Such as birds, fish, animals, etc.
• Flammable Materials: This includes combustible materials or liquids such as paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents.
• Dangerous Items: Like explosives, weapons, ammunition.
• Hazardous Materials: Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents are not allowed.
• Waste: Toxic waste, asbestos or other materials that are of a dangerous nature.
• Odor-Emitting Items: Items that give off fumes, smells, or odours.
• Illegal Items: Any substances, items, or goods that are illegal or obtained illegally.
• Compressed Gases: This is strictly prohibited.
• Vehicle Tyres: Rubber tyres used by any vehicles are not allowed.

To get set up you will need to bring photo ID, proof of address and your payment card. This can be done Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.

Your initial payment will consist of 1 full months rent plus your security deposit of £100.00. Once this payment has been made you will be given your key, fob and shown to your container.

Billing is on the 1st of the month, so customers taking their container part way through the month will be charged pro-rata.
