Our warehouses are BRCGS double AA certified. Once a product enters the TPS system every batch is completely traceable. All inventory is scanned on receipt and corresponding UOM, COO, batch, expiry data stored against each unit of stock for the duration of it’s lifecycle. We then allocate stock to orders based on FIFO, LIFO, LEFO or FEFO.

How it works:

TPS Fulfil integrates with all major trading platforms and marketplaces utilising our Canary 7 integration platform. This automatically syncs orders, inventory, tracking and more between external platforms and our warehouse management system.

We have experience with a wide range of customer types from Beauty, medical supplies, fitness, books and non-perishable foods/drinks.

We operate on around 24 hours turnaround for B2C and 48-72 hours for B2B depending on the size of the order.

Daily collections from Royal Mail, APC, DHL and Pallet Force.

These options suit most of our customers, but we welcome feedback and are happy to integrate other shipping options as required.

We supply a variety of boxes for B2C and B2B shipments.  We also offer sustainable plastic-free packaging solutions. Customers can also ship in their own branded packaging if required. 

All our fulfilment customers have a dedicated Account Manager who is on the end of the line should you need them. 

As well as running a fulfilment warehouse we also have our own fleet of vehicles for deliveries as well as a dedicated Sea and Air Freight team so we can work with you on moving stock into the UK and across the country, or simply just receipting the stock into the warehouse if you want to arrange your own deliveries.

Our customer facing portal will allow you to see all orders, edit them, comment and communicate with your account manager, you can also see your batch and tracking information.

You have complete visibility of inventory details as well as shipment receipts.

Our IT team set up integrations to software such as Shopify and WooCommerce. Our Canary 7 platform has a fully integrated API for you to use, including placing orders, retrieving orders, inventory balances, purchase orders etc.

We offer repackaging, pallet rework, labeling and kit building, and project work at times throughout the year.

As well as the everyday order processing, our warehouse team are very flexible and we can quote for other bespoke tasks that may be needed ahead of stock being shipped out.

TPS have nearly 25 years of supply-chain and logistics experience including fulfilment to major retailers across the UK. 

We already pick, pack and distribute to the following retailers: Frasers Group; Boots; Superdrug; Argos; Tesco’s; Sainsbury’s; Holland & Barrett and Amazon. We know the delivery requirements for each of these – correct labelling, delivery notes and compliance avoids fines and delays when delivering your products into major retailers.
