As a logistics service provider, we know by reducing our environmental impact, we reduce those of our customers’ too. We are always looking to improve our environmental performance and minimise our carbon footprint.
Our team recommend routes, schedules and consolidate loads wherever possible. Consolidated cargo maximises the space available on pallets, vehicles and containers. It also avoids the cost of shipping fresh air.
We have electric car charging points, flexible working arrangements for car sharing and a cycle to work scheme. Our work with a charity includes recycling obsolete IT equipment. TPS Global also supply reusable water bottles to all staff and drivers to reduce single use plastic.
As well as recycling and upcycling throughout the office and warehouse. We operate a closed loop recycle scheme, creating packaging for clients’ goods from the surplus cardboard and paper generated by the warehouse. The warehouse have also switched to recycled plastic pallet wrap made from 30% post-consumer waste and low micron film.
We are proud to be working with AquAid Water Coolers for our office water supply. Really pleased to have been able to contribute to the recent installation of an Elephant Pump in the province of Manicaland, Zimbabwe. This pump will provide safe drinking water for upwards of 300 people.

Every year staff nominate Christmas charities and we all focus on fundraising throughout December. Some of the charities we have been able to support include Mind, YoungMinds, Heart of Kent Hospice, Sands, Maidstone Oncology Unit. We raise money with a series of events and activities. From Baking, Christmas Jumpers, Raffles, Tombola, BBQ’ing, Race Nights and even a TPS pet photo competition (winners pictured).
Community ties are important to us, we sponsor a variety of sporting teams and academies.
